My background spans business building, consulting, coaching and delivering complex transformation programmes.
I grew my own business from zero to $3.6 million in two years. I have also helped clients build businesses across childcare, machine learning, education services and accountancy.
My transformation experience includes major systems change, SAP S/4HANA programmes, adoption and the practical work of helping people operate differently.
These experiences shape how I work: establish the commercial problem, confront the assumptions and build a way to execute. Previous outcomes are context for my experience, not a promise of your results.

Expert-owned practices can give capable people more control over their work and its economics. Independence also carries an obligation: create real client value, treat collaborators fairly and account for the wider consequences.
My stated commitment is to allocate 10% of net profit after owner salary to environmental and ocean protection, biodiversity and public-interest technology governance, with a quarterly impact ledger.
The ledger is a commitment to transparent reporting; this site does not yet present verified donations or impact totals.
